Lead HR Advisor Opportunity

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead HR Advisor to join our client's team in Southampton. As a key member of the HR Division, you will play a crucial role in building HR and Talent capabilities, aligning with the business strategy, and delivering an efficient, compliant service that adds value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Update and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on related matters.
  • Employment Law and Codes of Practice: Stay current on employment law and codes of practice, sharing relevant information with HR and leadership teams.
  • Operational HR and Talent Processes: Provide guidance on operational HR and Talent processes, including Return to Work, PIP, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Offer accurate statistics and KPIs to HR and Talent Management for leadership reporting.
  • Employee Life Cycle: Support the full employee life cycle, assist with people-related matters, and ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Employment Law Expertise: Strong understanding of Employment Law as well as experience managing Employee Relations cases.
  • Employee Life Cycle Experience: Experience or understanding of employee life cycle.
  • HRIS System Experience: Experience implementing a HRIS system (desirable).
