Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing commitment to current nursing practices.
