We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to vulnerable adults living with dementia in our 60-bedded modern purpose-built nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and colleagues on various aspects of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid and clear NMC pin registration number (RGN/RMN).
- Full eligibility to work and live in the UK.
- Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference.
