Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Implement operational excellence processes and tools to optimize store efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee various departments, including Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer Experience, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Support the Head Coach in implementing Nike's strategy, including sustainability, membership, and digital services initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on store activities, local market trends, and consumer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Nike's standards and guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and excellence in all aspects of store operations.

Requirements:
  • A passion for Nike and/or a love of sports.
  • Experience in retail and/or leadership positions, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
