Store Operations Manager

As a key member of the PUMA team, you will be responsible for driving store sales and profitability through effective planning, expense control, and customer service. Your mission is to ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI goals while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage expenses, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and ensuring all team members adhere to PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
- Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately, adhering to Discount Policy & Procedures, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Implement and monitor Loss Prevention education and awareness programs, ensuring operational compliance and maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
- Ensure visual presentation meets PUMA standards, executing and maintaining Visual Guidelines to create an engaging and immersive customer experience.
- Relevant management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in the apparel or footwear industry.
- Passion for the PUMA brand and commitment to its values.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and self-motivation skills, with the ability to present information to large groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with commercial and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet.
