Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales, customer service, and inventory. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Manage sales, customer service, and inventory
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
