Position Overview:

  • Engage with young residents in a supportive environment, addressing their unique behavioral challenges.
  • Full-time role focused on delivering exceptional childcare services.
  • Potential for professional development and training within a progressive organization.
  • Availability to work on a shift basis, including sleep-in duties, and possession of a valid manual driving license is essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting young individuals with challenging behaviors, ideally in a residential context.
  • QCF level certification in Children and Young People or a commitment to achieving this qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and accurately.
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in computer use.
