Are you ready to take on the role of People Services Coordinator? As a vital member of our People Services Team, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle at Intrum. Your responsibilities will include HR administration, conducting pre-employment assessments, and facilitating onboarding processes, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our employees.

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working and is based in a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with various business units across the UK & Ireland. We are looking for someone with a robust background in HR administration, particularly in fast-paced settings with stringent deadlines. If you are proactive and responsive, you will thrive in our ambitious HR People Team, which is committed to innovation, efficiency, and progressive people solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR and onboarding inquiries, managing email communications and phone calls.
  • Coordinate pre-employment and ongoing employee screening processes, including background checks and credit assessments.
  • Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for all employee-related questions, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, probation periods, departures, and contractual changes.
  • Manage our HR Information System, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Uphold the FCA principle of Consumer Duty by promoting positive customer outcomes in all relevant areas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload effectively, meeting deadlines and responding promptly to priority tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all interactions.
  • A proactive approach to unfamiliar tasks, with a passion for enhancing the employee experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
