  • Understanding of approaches to combining data from different sources and the use of data tools/methods of analysis.
  • Principles of testing methodologies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Experience identifying and adding value, eliminating waste, and improving processes.
  • Strong relationship building skills in managing external provider contracts.
  • Demonstrable experience of change and release processes.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and approaches to security testing in systems.
  • Knowledge of the principles and processes of an application or systems lifecycle.
  • Ability to evaluate, appraise, cost, and consider business risks.
  • Experience in training and developing staff.
  • Demonstrably strong change management and influencing skills, being a role model for agile behaviours.
  • Good understanding of how digital tools can be used to improve efficiency across organisations.
  • Experience of working within and managing a defects management process.
