An energy equipment and solutions company, Moore Talent Solutions Limited, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Sheffield office. This is a permanent, full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The successful candidate will provide support to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. This is an all-round position, requiring experience in HR and finance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors, overseeing daily office operations.
  2. Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering and restocking as needed.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  4. Support individual departments through the purchase and ordering process.
  5. Provide a welcoming and friendly reception service, receiving deliveries to the site.
  6. Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
