We are seeking an experienced Antisocial Behaviour Project Manager to join our Operations team for a fixed term period of 12 months.

The Role:

As an Antisocial Behaviour Project Manager, you will lead on the service project to review and revise the Council's approach to antisocial behaviour management, supporting the development of a new framework from design to implementation.

You will research, review, interpret and challenge the current process for handling antisocial behaviour allegations, coordinating internal and external partners to understand best practice, and use your knowledge and recommendations to create a new case management framework, including prevention, education, intervention and enforcement.

The Experience You Will Bring:

You will have significant knowledge of antisocial behaviour, with a good understanding of related legislation, and proven experience of reviewing, developing and implementing antisocial behaviour case management processes.

As a degree-qualified professional in a relevant field, or with equivalent work experience, you will be a pro at partnership working, with an ability to build strong relationships, and have excellent communication, organisational and report writing skills.
