Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key projects and drive positive change within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of service improvement plans and manage complex projects.
Identify project requirements, timelines, and costs.
Report to senior management, partners, and key stakeholders, explaining project status and performance.
Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Assign tasks based on team skills, experience, and strengths.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, adjusting them to meet evolving needs.
Support staff in process mapping and improving service delivery.
Build effective working relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

What You'll Bring:

Strong experience in project management within local government or housing associations.
A solid understanding of housing functions is desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence in reporting variations and implementing solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft software.

This is an interim role, inside IR35, £550 per day.
