Antisocial Behaviour Review Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Antisocial Behaviour Review Project Manager to join our Operations team for a fixed term period of 12 months.

The successful candidate will lead on the service project to review and revise the Council's approach to antisocial behaviour management, supporting the development of a new framework from design to implementation.

Key responsibilities include researching, reviewing, interpreting and challenging the current process for handling antisocial behaviour allegations, coordinating internal and external partners to understand best practice, and using knowledge and recommendations to create a new case management framework, including prevention, education, intervention and enforcement.

The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of antisocial behaviour, with a good understanding of related legislation, and proven experience of reviewing, developing and implementing antisocial behaviour case management processes.

They will be degree qualified in a relevant field, or with the equivalent work experience, and possess excellent communication, organisational and report writing skills.
