About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting independence and dignity.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying and addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, providing regular updates and ensuring open channels of communication.

Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing situations
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
