Job Summary

Arrows Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is a technology company that offers innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

We provide value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners serving commercial and government markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop key sales relationships with high-potential partners to drive sales growth of products and services from suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

The role is responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining business within partner accounts across the technology portfolio of aligned suppliers.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Provide regular commercial training to partners, typically through MS Teams, and facilitate non-technical training delivery.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities, providing details for both short- and long-term opportunities.
  • Support the sales function, providing sales support activities throughout the order-to-cash process (quoting, demand fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and resolving customer issues).

The role requires flexibility during periods of high activity and a willingness to work beyond standard working hours if necessary.

Full-time contract with a 6-month probationary period.
