Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Administration Manager to enhance our client's dynamic team. This role is essential for supporting the Operations department and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Order Process Manager in daily tasks.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and the ERP system for effective order tracking.
  • Utilize project handover documentation to create new items and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide customer service support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming office telephone inquiries.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience in data entry and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, particularly in stock management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
