Business Analyst

About the Role
The Analyst, Sales Support will be a key member of the Commercial function within the Global Professional Battery Division at Energizer Holdings, Inc. This role will report to the Manager, Sales Support Global Professional and will be responsible for providing analysis, insights, and business decision support to the Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support commercial decision-making
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Work with Demand Planning teams to review product planning and availability
- Provide customer-level sales reports for the Commercial Team
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand market trends
- Manage the CRM system, including data analysis, dashboard creation, and system maintenance
- Support the Commercial team with administrative duties and mailing programs
- Develop and automate metrics on volumes, net sales, gross margin, and ASPs
Requirements
- Minimum of A-level education or equivalent, including English and Mathematics
- Highly developed IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical ability with a passion for numbers and problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and responsive working style
