Hays Business Support is a leading provider of business services, operating from a head office based in Bolton. We are currently expanding our team and seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our business on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including setting up new companies, typing letters and reports, photocopying and scanning, attending meetings, and dealing with secretarial and receptionist duties. You will also be required to use Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- Previous office experience
- Self-motivated, positive, ambitious, hardworking, and flexible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
