About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic commercial sales team.
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
- You will work closely with our award-winning sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales development, business development, or commercial sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus uncapped OTE.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday plus stats.
