About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Claims Handler to join our team at Keoghs. As a key member of our counter-fraud division, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of insurance clients.
  • Work closely with fraud specialists and legal support staff to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner.
  • Develop and implement case strategies in conjunction with lead lawyers to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence to identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedural and investigative deadlines, and achieve the best results in litigation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional client care.
Requirements
  • Experience in civil litigation claims handling or a related field.
  • Knowledge of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
