We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Claims Handler to join our team at Keoghs. As a key member of our counter-fraud division, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of insurance clients.
- Work closely with fraud specialists and legal support staff to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner.
- Develop and implement case strategies in conjunction with lead lawyers to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence to identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with all procedural and investigative deadlines, and achieve the best results in litigation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional client care.
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or a related field.
- Knowledge of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
