As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or external vendors as necessary.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in our incident management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert-level support.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £15, increasing to £17.46 after 3 months.
- A 3-month contract with potential extensions.
- A maximum of 2 weekends per month, with the option to take extra days off during the week.
Working Hours:
7.5 hours per day, between 06:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
