Role Overview

As a Publisher Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering our existing partnerships within the network. Your responsibilities will include conducting strategic data analysis and collaborating closely with our global teams to ensure alignment across all regions. You will identify growth opportunities for our partners based on current industry trends. Each day in this role will present unique challenges and opportunities, with a primary focus on maintaining proactive relationships with our Publishers. Your key duties will involve:
  • Providing training and support to existing partners on utilizing our systems effectively.
  • Enhancing advertiser accounts through the development of a strong network.
  • Establishing formal processes for the team to optimize performance.
  • Being the primary point of contact for all publisher relationships, ensuring a positive experience for every partner.

Qualifications
  • Entry Level/Executive Manager position.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience in the affiliate or data-driven industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
  • Capability to work independently while collaborating with team members to address complex challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Robust analytical abilities.
  • Respect for diverse opinions and perspectives.
