Job Title: Senior Publishing Manager

Hasbro is seeking a seasoned Senior Publishing Manager to lead the development and management of licensing relationships with designated publishing licensees in the EMEA territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize Hasbro's publishing business in the territory
  • Collaborate with the Global Publishing Team to set vision and strategy for publishing in EMEA markets
  • Manage a team of publishing managers and ensure execution of contractual obligations
  • Liaise with internal and external groups to secure creative assets and ensure timely delivery of financial documents and royalty payments
  • Travel to key accounts and trade shows within the territory and internationally
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or Media/Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years in publishing, preferably licensed publishing
  • Experience in audio book business and working with creative staff to develop new product ideas
  • Strong organizational capabilities, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual
