About the Role

Join a leading global asset manager in London, covering EMEA locations, as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, influencing, advising, and providing insights to European Business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification of Material Risk Takers and Code Staff for European regulated entities
  • Lead compensation and benefits projects, including annual cycles and global initiatives
  • Manage benefits vendors, tracking performance, and ensuring HR, Finance, and Legal involvement in tenders
  • Lead benefits and compensation change programmes, involving new roll-outs, change programmes, and communications
Requirements
  • Knowledge of benefits and compensation across Europe, including different compensation packages for individual companies
  • Understanding of benefits vendor management and performance tracking
  • Experience with Compensation systems (e.g. Workday, MarketPay, Payfactors) and Benefits systems (e.g. Darwin, OneHub)
  • Understanding of job evaluation, including McLagan and Towers Watson
  • Ideal experience with SuccessFactors
