About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Caseworker to join our Disabled Facilities Grant Team, providing an extensive and responsive service to clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Occupational Health Team to ensure projects are carried out to meet the needs of the client in the most timely, efficient, and cost-effective way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering services to internal and external customers to identify needs and deliver adaptations to enable and promote independent living within the homes of disabled and vulnerable residents.
  • Assisting with identifying and understanding the customer's needs and enabling a speedier, simpler, more responsive customer journey, contributing to the continuous improvement in the delivery of the Council's outcomes and ensuring high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Providing a full range of services with a strong customer focus, which is flexible, sensitive, and responsive, empowering the client, supporting their dignity and independence.
