About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Case Worker to join our Disabled Facilities Grant Team, providing an essential service to clients in need of adaptations to enable independent living.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Occupational Health to identify client needs and deliver timely, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Your primary focus will be on delivering services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for our clients, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver services to internal and external customers, identifying needs and delivering adaptations to enable independent living.
  • Assist with understanding client needs, contributing to a speedier, simpler, and more responsive customer journey.
  • Provide a full range of services with a strong customer focus, empowering clients and supporting their dignity and independence.
