About the Role

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Professional to join our team. As an Asset Manager for Store Property, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire asset management process, from lease negotiations to property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Management: Monitor leases, negotiate renewals, and manage rent reviews to ensure optimal returns on investment.
  • Property Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Service Charge Budgeting: Manage service charge budgets and authorize works to maintain properties in good condition.
  • Investment Purchases: Assist with investment purchases and developments to expand the company's portfolio.
Requirements
  • MRICS Qualification: Possess a valid MRICS qualification and 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Lease Experience: Have experience with leases and lease negotiations.
  • Property Management: Have prior experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or flex office setting.
What We Offer

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, depending on experience. In addition, we provide an electric vehicle car allowance, medical insurance, and an annual bonus.
