Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team at Dell Rose Court in Norwich. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our service users with personal care and support tasks, enabling them to make informed choices and promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support service users with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and events that promote their well-being and independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Enhanced DBS check required
