About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rents and Service Charge Officer to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately calculating and applying rents and service charges, handling and resolving rent and service charge queries, and preparing and maintaining detailed records of all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate and apply rents and service charges in accordance with financial regulations and standards
  • Handle and resolve rent and service charge queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions
  • Liaise regularly with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports
  • Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in housing or property management
  • Previous experience in Rents and Service Charge administration
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
