Hospitality Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service and food quality in our hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and training strategies to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Food Safety.
  • Manage food stocks and maintain accurate inventory records within budget.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
