About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Centrica. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to meet our customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Training Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for our engineers, covering all key engineering disciplines.
  • Group Management: Manage and lead training groups, ensuring effective learning journeys and progression.
  • Performance Management: Meet required performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment.
  • Administration and Quality Assurance: Manage all aspects of timely administration relating to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance.
  • Safety Leadership: Demonstrate leadership and role-modeling for safety performance within the workplace.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote a culture and environment that allows colleagues and customers to thrive, through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
