Farrer & Co is a leading law firm that values exceptional talent and expertise. We are seeking a highly skilled Reward & HRIS Assistant to join our Human Resources team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager and Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst, focusing on payroll, benefits, and HR systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager with monthly payroll processes and reward and benefits administration.
  • Assist with annual salary and bonus review processes and benefits renewal.
  • Provide cover for the Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst and Senior Payroll & Reward Adviser as needed.
  • Act as a super-user of core HR, payroll, benefits, and appraisal systems, responding to pay and benefits queries.
Requirements
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Business services experience within a legal or professional services environment preferred.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Collaborative working style with other team members.
  • Strong customer service skills.
