Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager and Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst, focusing on payroll, benefits, and HR systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager with monthly payroll processes and reward and benefits administration.
- Assist with annual salary and bonus review processes and benefits renewal.
- Provide cover for the Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst and Senior Payroll & Reward Adviser as needed.
- Act as a super-user of core HR, payroll, benefits, and appraisal systems, responding to pay and benefits queries.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Business services experience within a legal or professional services environment preferred.
- Advanced user of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Collaborative working style with other team members.
- Strong customer service skills.
