We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Kody. As a vital link between our technology development teams and our business objectives, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product's features.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure the highest standards of our software product.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements to provide valuable insights to our stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to optimize and enhance our integration.
  • Help design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Own and define the acceptance criteria and definition of done for development tasks.
  • Identify and report on common sources of technical issues or questions and provide recommendations to our product team.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to our product team to drive business decisions.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to our customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
  • A degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in defining technical requirements and testing.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and experience using API discovery tools.
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
