We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Reservations Agent at the esteemed Clayton Manchester Airport.
This vibrant property features 365 guest rooms, 15 versatile Meeting and Events Rooms, along with our lively Aviator Bar and a bustling A La Carte restaurant, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
As our hotel chain continues to expand across the UK, we offer real potential for career advancement for driven individuals in the hospitality sector.
Role Overview
As a Reservations Agent, you will report directly to the Reservations Manager and serve as the primary contact for our guests. It is essential that the reservations team maintains a warm and professional demeanor at all times. Your responsibilities will include managing guest bookings for accommodations and parking, addressing inquiries, and promoting our other properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest reservations, ensuring their preferences and requirements are fulfilled to the highest standards.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and pricing.
- Encourage guests to explore additional services within the hotel or other locations in our portfolio.
- Set clear expectations for guests prior to their arrival.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role with familiarity in a Reservations System is preferred; knowledge of Opera is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and a collaborative team player.
