ROLE OVERVIEW
We are in search of a Media Partnerships Manager to join our OEM & Media team.
This team is dedicated to establishing Carwow Group as the leading commerce media organization and strategic partner within the automotive industry. The OEM & Media team plays a crucial role in developing Carwow Group's retail and media solutions for automotive manufacturers and advertising agencies. Through daily interactions, the team cultivates strong partnerships focused on brand enhancement, consumer engagement, sales generation, and direct-to-consumer initiatives. Leveraging Carwow Group's extensive audience and industry expertise, we empower our partners to meet their business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth by achieving advertising revenue targets through an established pipeline and proactively creating successful media proposals for agency partners and clients.
- Foster robust relationships with key media agency partners through regular review meetings and co-developed processes to maintain an 'always-on' engagement.
- Conduct research on key performance metrics and strategies by brand to create tailored, data-driven advertising proposals.
- Ensure Carwow remains top-of-mind for Agency Planners, Buyers, and Strategists, aiming to position Carwow Group as a primary media partner.
- Collaborate with the Group Head to identify and recommend continuous improvements to the media proposition, working alongside our product and design teams.
- Provide insightful, clear, and timely reporting on ongoing projects to media agencies and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Adaptable and innovative, with a focus on tailored, data-driven media agency propositions.
- Experience in the media agency landscape, ideally as an Account Manager or in a similar role, or closely collaborating with media agencies in a publishing/media owner context.
- Proficient in developing and executing a personal contact and prospecting strategy to establish new relationships.
- Proven track record in closing and delivering substantial advertising deals with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to monitor quarterly bookings and pipeline against personal and team targets using accurate reporting tools.
- Comfortable analyzing data and thriving in a data-driven sales environment.
- A collaborative team player, open to feedback and committed to personal development.
- Articulate and confident, particularly when engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Possess a proactive attitude, eager to develop and promote new solutions.
- Creative thinker, capable of exploring multiple approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
- Understanding of consumer verticals, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous but not essential.
