Position Overview: Join our dynamic team at John Clark Motor Group as a Sales Executive. This role is pivotal in driving our success in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets across various metrics including new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Engage with potential customers through follow-ups on inquiries and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the timely order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring a seamless process for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appraisals, and updates to our customer database.
  • Conduct thorough appraisals of part exchanges in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales is preferred, with a background as a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, or Car Sales Executive.
  • Proven track record in closing sales transactions, including effective objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey product information effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with confidence in customer interactions.
