An exciting opportunity has emerged at John Clark Motor Group for the role of Automotive Sales Consultant.
Are you ready to thrive in a dynamic sales atmosphere? If you possess enthusiasm, confidence, and a drive to excel in automotive sales, this position is crucial for our organization's success and requires exceptional professionalism and customer service.
- Achieving monthly sales objectives for key performance indicators, including new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories, while adhering to brand standards.
- Ensuring compliance with sales protocols, including precise and timely documentation of customer information, appraisals, and updates to our customer database.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred (Sales Consultant/Sales Advisor/Automotive Sales Executive).
- Proven history of managing and finalizing sales transactions, including effective objection handling and negotiation skills.
- 6 weeks of vacation (30 days annually, full-time), increasing with tenure.
- High earning potential through commission and/or bonuses (uncapped).
