Job Description

Job Title: Pensions Administrator - Financial Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join our dedicated team at Transport for London. As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of pension data and documents for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data held for members is accurate and current, and all documents are regularly and accurately filed.
  • Utilize available technology to access relevant pensions content and resolve customer issues.
  • Consistently apply pensions policies and procedures.
  • Meticulously enter and maintain data.
  • Stay up-to-date with external developments and standard methodology in Pensions.
  • Knowledge of the legal and tax law regarding Pensions is essential.
  • Experience of the full administrative process of working with final salary pensions schemes is essential.
  • Experience of working to effectively meet deadlines, service level agreements, and key performance indicators is highly desirable.
