Role Overview
The Engineering and Maintenance division at easyJet is celebrated for its pioneering approaches. Key Responsibilities
As an Aircraft Maintenance Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee all operational maintenance tasks to guarantee continued airworthiness and safety management.
- Utilize your technical knowledge and industry experience to coordinate aircraft rescues and defect rectification, ensuring swift return to service and maximizing aircraft availability.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using aircraft maintenance documentation and computerized reporting systems.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A UK/EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 license, with the capability to obtain easyJet company type authorizations.
- A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a line/base maintenance setting, with a recent background in maintenance control.
- Extensive experience with the Airbus A320 family of aircraft.
- Proven supervisory experience within aviation engineering.
- Strong understanding of Part 145 regulations and Airline Part CAMO requirements, including familiarity with CAA, EASA, and FOCA legislation.
- A solid grasp of maintenance schedules and the ability to obtain a Luton airside pass.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of the AMOS IT system is advantageous.
- High standards of leadership, organizational skills, and time management.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A willingness to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time permanent position with a shift pattern of 12-hour days and nights, following a 5's & 4's rotating roster.
