Key Responsibilities- Carry out scheduled tasks as assigned by the Duty Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor in accordance with approved maintenance documentation.
- Demonstrate applicable technical knowledge of aircraft and hand skills required to carry out tasks assigned.
- Supervise small teams as necessary and ensure competence in the use of aircraft maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting and recording systems.
- Hold a UK Part 66 B2 license and authorization or equivalent on company aircraft.
- Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation.
- Have a minimum of 3 years operational experience in a line maintenance environment.
- Proven ability to communicate issues to management with a high degree of customer focus – both internal and external.
- Be able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, across all levels of the organization.
- Be willing to be flexible in order to meet deadlines and overcome operational problems, as well as embrace change and drive improvements within the business.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
