Job Summary

Huntswood is seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Complaints Processer, you will play a crucial role in providing a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Use systems available to gather information and decide on a resolution
  • Communicate the resolution to the customer
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in financial services complaint handling
  • Business Banking product experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate through in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
