Job Summary

Astrea Bioseparations is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Scientist to join our team in the development of advanced bioseparation products. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, developing methodologies, and optimizing processes to support the production of chromatography adsorbents and columns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize chromatography adsorbents and columns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product lines
  • Conduct analytical interpretation and statistical analysis of experimental results
  • Document experiments and results in technical reports and presentations
  • Present experimental data to R&D project teams and other internal departments
  • Maintain equipment and uphold health and safety requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
