About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare as an Associate Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and established service where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients with complex mental health needs
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support
- Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with external professionals and services to ensure seamless transitions to community care
- Contribute to the development of the service through participation in clinical governance activities, quality initiatives, and research
Requirements
- Full GMC Registration
- Experience working in psychiatry within a multidisciplinary team
- Good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
- At least 3 years' experience in psychiatry
- Section 12(2) approval desirable
