Consultant Psychiatrist Opportunity at HMP Leeds

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our integrated mental health team at HMP Leeds, a category B remand prison housing approximately 1100 patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional clinical care, assessment, and treatment to patients on the caseload onsite.
  • Participate in the strategic direction of the mental health service, lead senior mental health clinicians on service developments, and provide clinical supervision.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to review referrals, determine treatment plans, conduct risk assessments, and engage in complex case reviews.
