Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join our team at National University Health System. As a Clinical Specialist in Podiatry, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients with a diverse range of medical and podiatric conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Use appropriate diagnostic techniques, skills, and tools to assess and diagnose patients with various medical and podiatric conditions.
  • Reporting and Liaising: Report to and liaise with referring doctors and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Documentation: Document patient podiatry notes clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Charging and Registration: Charge patients accurately and perform assessment and registration of new patients.
  • Compliance: Comply with clinical standard operating procedures, department policies in clinical governance, health and safety, and infection control.
  • Supervision: Supervise Therapy Assistants and students in Podiatry.
  • Professional Development: Practice within your area of professional and clinical competence and seek support from a supervisor or other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
Requirements
  • A recognised Degree in Podiatry.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and collaborative.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • New graduates welcome.
