Job Title: Clinical Diabetes Podiatry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Diabetes Podiatry Specialist to join our team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, quality planned programmes of Podiatry care to Diabetic patients who have an assessed need.

As part of the Podiatry team and wider trust, the successful candidate will contribute to the development, and adhere to the Podiatry Department and Trusts policies, strategies and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in Community clinics, dealing with difficult situations, and have evidence of work with Nail Surgery. They will also be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a source of advice to patients, carers, GPs, and other health care professionals.

Main Duties:
  • Provide professional, quality planned programmes of Podiatry care to Diabetic patients who have an assessed need.
  • Contribute to the development, and adhere to the Podiatry Department and Trusts policies, strategies and objectives.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a source of advice to patients, carers, GPs, and other health care professionals.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience of working in Community clinics.
  • Experience of dealing with difficult situations.
  • Evidence of work with Nail Surgery.
