Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Technology team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for hardware and software via various channels, including in-person, over-the-phone, and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware and software issues, using documented troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base resources.
  2. Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed.
  3. Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, providing clear and concise explanations of technical issues and solutions.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions, using standardized documentation templates.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Associate's degree in a field such as Computer Technology or related field. Certifications such as MCP, A+, and HDI Support Center Specialist are preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year prior experience with providing workstation support.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of Firm management, practitioners, clients, and other external business contacts.
