Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute pricing strategies for digital platforms.
  • Oversee all hotel distribution channels and pricing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to maximize revenue potential.
  • Ensure optimal property performance through effective channel and room-type management.
  • Identify and deploy innovative Revenue Management tools, opportunities, and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive databases.
  • Facilitate the transition from OTA channels to direct business.
  • Take charge of the assigned portfolio's topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Provide market insights, analyze data, and recognize trends.
  • Encourage creative thinking and innovative solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Management.
  • Familiarity with the luxury market.
  • Proficient in Opera and OnQ PMS; StayNTouch experience is advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA knowledge is a plus) along with intermediate proficiency in other MS Office applications.
  • Capable of effectively communicating and implementing change.
