Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute pricing strategies for digital platforms.
- Oversee all hotel distribution channels and pricing methodologies.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to maximize revenue potential.
- Ensure optimal property performance through effective channel and room-type management.
- Identify and deploy innovative Revenue Management tools, opportunities, and strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive databases.
- Facilitate the transition from OTA channels to direct business.
- Take charge of the assigned portfolio's topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Provide market insights, analyze data, and recognize trends.
- Encourage creative thinking and innovative solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Management.
- Familiarity with the luxury market.
- Proficient in Opera and OnQ PMS; StayNTouch experience is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA knowledge is a plus) along with intermediate proficiency in other MS Office applications.
- Capable of effectively communicating and implementing change.
