Utilizing the Bridges practice model, you will provide intensive support to families with multiple and complex needs and subject to a range of other statutory and voluntary interventions.

You will need the skills to engage and build meaningful relationships with parents, carers, and young people based on restorative principles and provide evidence-based interventions to support sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide intensive support to families with multiple and complex needs
- Work in partnership with other professionals to deliver timely support to families
- Utilize the Bridges practice model to provide evidence-based interventions
- Engage and build meaningful relationships with parents, carers, and young people
