Receivables Management Specialist

Faith Recruitment is representing a reputable and established company that is currently looking for a Receivables Management Specialist to enhance their finance team.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in finance or accounting and demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Excel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and oversee customer data and records.
  • Generate customer invoices for various transactions.
  • Assist in evaluating customer credit limits.
  • Validate and process debit and credit note transactions.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding cash.
  • Report potential credit risks to the Finance Manager.
  • Prepare and present weekly aged debtors reports.
  • Post all accounts receivable related month-end journals and assist with additional journal entries.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Manage petty cash reconciliations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar administrative or accounting role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • AAT qualification or progress towards it is advantageous.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
